They empathize with me.

The level of your companions

As you meet various people, there are times when you feel like you don't want to be involved with them. That intuition is usually correct.

It is said that people gather around them people of the same level. If your level is not high enough, even if you approach great people, you will not be able to talk to them on the same level. Therefore, there is little value in building a network based on how many great people you know.

If you focus on how many "friends who empathize with you" you can increase, you will naturally stop thinking about relationships based on mutual interests.

As the saying goes, birds of a feather flock together, and as your level increases, you will naturally meet more people of a higher level.

To do this, it is very important to raise the level of your thinking (input) and actions (output) .

Neither has a higher priority; those who lack thinking skills should work to improve their thinking, and those with strong thinking skills should work to improve their actions.

If your "gas (= thoughts)" are full, you should definitely "start driving (= take action)", and if your "gas (= thoughts)" are low, you should first "refuel (= level up your thinking)".

In order to

When it comes to taking action, it's important to strike a balance between speed and continuity.

If you focus too much on speed over long-term goals, you will get tired and stop, and if you work at your own pace on short-term goals, you will not get results.

In practice, only about 10% of success occurs immediately. Almost 90% of success comes from continuous practice and adjustment.

However, if you take action without sorting out your thoughts, the result will be 100% failure. The key to success is to distinguish between challenging and reckless, continue to act without fear of failure, and accumulate small successes.

In the past, I was stubborn and tried to do everything on my own, never following the actions and advice of my predecessors. I continued to act without thinking that it was reckless, and as a result, I failed in everything I did.

It is because of that failure that I am now able to "learn from people who have experience," believe what I have been taught, and "organize my thoughts and put them into action," and I feel like I have taken a step closer to becoming a happy, successful person.
