OKAFOODS's [Kirimi Hyakusen Plus] series, as the name suggests, are products with the bones removed from the fish fillets. Since they are "deboned," a wide range of people, from small children to the elderly, can enjoy them with the skin without worrying about bones.
Recently, we have seen and eaten "boneless fish," which have had the bones removed, more often. While both "deboned" (hone-tori) and "boneless" (hone-nashi) refer to fish with bones removed, OKAFOODS uses the term "deboned."
