This improves the staff's planning skills and improves the quality of their work.
Dietary improvements
Meals can be said to be one of the most enjoyable times of the day. We place great importance on ensuring that students enjoy their meals to the fullest. Everyone has different tastes, and seasonings also differ depending on the environment in which they grew up. It is also not easy to ensure students are satisfied within the constraints of school lunches. We regularly conduct surveys and interviews, and use the results to create better menus. We also donate equipment such as rice cookers, and are working to ensure that students can eat delicious rice.
Home visit
We visit the parents and families of our staff to introduce ourselves. By letting them see what it's like to work in the factory and getting to know them, we aim to ensure that both parties can work with peace of mind. At that time, we ask if they have any concerns or requests, which we use to improve our operations. Sometimes the families kindly treat us to home-cooked meals, and we share drinks and deepen our friendship. These efforts deepen the understanding of the families and lead to creating an environment where employees can work long and steadily.
Training in Japan
We will invite our on-site staff to Japan for training, where they will learn how the products they make are distributed and consumed.
"Why is it a problem if bones remain?" "How does it cause inconvenience?" While learning on the job, participants will share their impressions from the week-long training at a report meeting after returning home and present their findings.
Making dormitories more comfortable (China)
We are also working to improve the living environment in the dormitory adjacent to the factory, by strengthening the heating and cooling, providing futons, improving Wi-Fi, and making other improvements.
