Ingredients (for 1 person)
- PlusMini Rockfish (Boneless) 30g 1 piece
- 2g flour
- 1g egg
- 1g of water
- 0.8g parsley
- Frying oil (appropriate amount)
Cooking in a frying pan
- 1. Finely chop parsley.
- 2. Add A and ① to a bowl with parsley to make the batter.
- 3. Coat the frozen rockfish in batter (2).
