Regarding business hours during the New Year holidays

We apologize for the inconvenience, but our store will be closed from December 29th to January 4th.

Due to this, please be advised that product deliveries over the New Year period will be as follows:

■Closed from Friday, December 29, 2023 to Thursday, January 4, 2024

■ Regarding delivery

Due to inventory management, if your desired delivery date is between December 29th (Friday) and January 10th (Wednesday), please place your order by December 25th (Monday).

For orders placed after December 26th, we hope to deliver your order by January 11th at the earliest.

If no delivery address is specified, the item will be shipped as soon as it is ready.

When specifying a date and time, please make sure to specify a date and time when you can definitely receive the item.

■ Regarding orders during the holiday period

You can also place orders during the holiday period, but we will not be able to confirm the contents or process your order until January 5, 2024.

■About quantity changes and cancellations

We will respond and confirm your request after January 5th.

If there are any changes to your order, please add them to the automatic reply email sent to you when you placed your order and reply without erasing the text.

We will check your application after January 5th and contact you accordingly.
