This time, we'll be revealing the behind-the-scenes story behind the production of Oka Foods' YouTube videos!
It has already been four years since we started video production in 2019 with inexperienced people. (Our employees are in charge of everything from filming to editing and acting.)
Oka Foods has a total of 40 employees, of which only five are in the sales department, so we started by asking ourselves, "How can we deliver useful information about fish cooking to as many people as possible?"
Nowadays, in addition to cooking videos, the Business Support Division has also released several improvement case studies in the "Oni Jiro Series," and the themes it covers are becoming more diverse.
