The green fish in the Okafoods logo...
The baby was named "Mikey."
And then July 2021.
We celebrated Mikey's birthday internally. Here's a look at what happened!

....A certain day in June
The following exchange took place on the group social media for the Inner Branding Promotion Team.

- Staff A: "The name 'Mikey' was announced at the morning assembly on July 3rd last year..."
-Staff B "...Mikey's Anniversary"
- Staff C "It's the first anniversary of the birth! I feel like doing something~~~"
- Staff D "Mikey's anniversary!!! That's great!!!"
- Staff E "Mikey's first anniversary...that's amazing..."
From there, the planning progressed little by little, and the Mikey Birthday event was held at the general morning assembly on July 6th!!

On that day, other employees who happened to share the same birthday also celebrated together.
Birthday planning has begun!

Let's get started with the birthday planning! First, we'll share a video and the team members will sing a birthday song ♪
Next, we'll have President Oka blow out the candles!
The members who came to work burst crackers and had a great time!
At the end, we all shared a delicious Mikey cake.

It's not just about "I love Mikey!", but I want to pick up on the "grains of awareness" and connect them to great value for all employees, so I want to spread the contents of the Culture Book and come up with a plan that will help each and every employee develop a "good mindset and good awareness."
