■ Regarding deliveries and orders during the New Year period

①Delivery within 2021 We can ship until Tuesday, December 28, 2021.

If you would like your order delivered before the end of the year, please place your order by December 27th, specifying your desired delivery date.

②Delivery for the beginning of 2022: Shipments can be made from Thursday, January 6, 2022.

If you would like your order shipped on January 6th, please enter your desired delivery date and place your order by January 5th.

■About orders during the holiday period

You can still place an order, but we will not be able to confirm or process your order until January 5th.

■Regarding quantity changes and cancellations for products ordered during the closure period

We will respond and confirm your request after January 5th.

If there are any changes to your order, please add them to the automatic reply email sent to you when you placed your order and reply without erasing the text.

We will check your application after January 5th and contact you accordingly.
