Here's a behind-the-scenes look at the awards ceremony!
Four members of the Business Support Division took to the stage at the awards ceremony.
Since the ceremony will be held on Zoom, we carefully checked the camera and audio quality in advance.

Ten companies were awarded this time, and four of them, including our company, attended the award ceremony.
The Innovation Award is given to initiatives that have brought about innovation in back-office operations and have had an impact on the way employees work and the management of companies.
When asked by Money Forward COO Takeda how he felt, Suzuki of our company mentioned the excitement at the morning meeting on the day the award was announced, and spoke of his gratitude for meeting Money Forward and their support.
When asked about the innovations that went into "teleworking in the back office" and the important points to consider when promoting business improvements, Furuichi mentioned a business improvement activity known as FISH activities, explaining how visualizing all of employees' work in the form of flow charts led to the discovery of problems, and touched on the Oka Foods mindset of "open-mindedness" and "sharing awareness" that was necessary to achieve this.

Finally, when asked about future challenges, Suzuki stated with confidence, "I would like to go beyond the scope of administrative work and take on the new challenge of communicating with people outside the company, and at the same time, improve our operations to create the time needed for that."
The Business Support Headquarters has been patiently moving from a paper-based culture to a systematized one, and is now working hard to turn that experience into something useful.
