Grilled Spanish mackerel with miso tartar sauce
Ingredients (for 1 person)
- Plus Sawara (bone removed) 60g 1 piece
- a little salt
- 1/2 boiled egg
- 10g mayonnaise
- 6g miso (1/3 tablespoon)
- 10g milk (2 teaspoons)
- 50ml water
- [Side dish]
- Stir-fried Komatsuna
Cooking in a frying pan
- 1. Sprinkle salt on the mackerel.
- 2. Chop the boiled eggs into small pieces.
- 3. Add "2" to a bowl and mix well.
- 4 Grill the mackerel (1), place it in a serving dish and pour the sauce (3) over it.
Steam convection cooking
- 1. Sprinkle salt on the mackerel.
- 2. Heat in a preheated steamer (combination mode) at 230°C with 30% steam for 8 to 10 minutes.
