Cod Meuniere with Aurora Sauce | Boneless

メニューコンセプト
This recipe uses the Paku Paku Bone Remover series. The light taste of the cod is enhanced by frying it in butter. The cute pink aurora sauce Adding a splash of soy sauce makes it look more elegant and is recommended as a special occasion dish.

Ingredients (for 1 person)
- PlusMini Boneless Sukesoutara Fillet (30g) 1 piece
- 0.3g salt
- 1.5g wheat flour
- 3g butter
- 3g carrots
- 10g broccoli
- <Seasonings>
- 1/2 teaspoon (3g) mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon ketchup (3.5g)
Cooking in a frying pan
- 1. Cut the carrot into 5mm thick slices and cut into star shapes.
- 2 Divide the broccoli into small florets.
- 3. Put water (not included in the recipe) and the carrots from [1] into a pot and boil over medium heat until the carrots are soft, then drain in a colander and let cool.
- 4. Boil the broccoli in the water from the pot (3) until golden brown, then drain in a colander and let cool.
- 5. Put the seasonings in a bowl and mix to make the aurora sauce.
- 6. Sprinkle salt on the cod and coat with flour.
- 7. Heat the butter in a frying pan and cook both sides over low to medium heat.
- Place into 8 serving bowls, garnish with [3] and [4] around the cod, and pour the sauce [5] over it.
Steam convection cooking
- 1. Cut the carrot into 5mm thick slices and cut into star shapes.
- 2 Divide the broccoli into small florets.

- 7. Preheat the oven to 230°C/30% steam mode for 7-8 minutes. After heating, pour the melted butter over the entire surface.
- Place into 8 serving bowls, garnish with [3] and [4] around the cod, and pour the sauce [5] over it.
- * Preheat the steamer to a temperature 20 to 30°C higher.
