Grilled hairtail fish with kelp and soy sauce
Ingredients (for 1 person)
- Plus swordfish fillet 60g 1 piece
- 15ml mirin
- 3ml soy sauce
- 2g kelp tea
- [Side dish]

Steam convection cooking
- 1 Mix mirin, soy sauce, and kelp tea.
- 2. Coat the frozen hairtail fish with (1) and arrange them on a steam convection oven tray. Spread any remaining (1) over the arranged hairtail fish.
- 3 Heat in a preheated steam convection oven.
POINTApplication tips
- 4Kombucha contains salt, so you only need a little soy sauce.
