Grilled hairtail fish with shiso and cheese

  • Plus swordfish fillet 60g 1 piece
  • 1 piece of shiso
  • 20g cheese
  • 5ml salad oil
  • 35ml tomato sauce

Steam convection cooking

  • 1 Coat the frozen swordfish evenly with salad oil (spray oil) and arrange them in a hotel pan in a steam convection oven.
  • 2. Top with chopped shiso leaves and cheese.
  • 3 Preheat a steam convection oven to 230°C (30% steam) on combo mode for 8 to 10 minutes.
  • 4. Place the tomato sauce on a plate and top with (3).
