Oyster-steamed hairtail fish
Ingredients (for 1 person)
- Plus swordfish fillet 60g 1 piece
- 10g white leek
- 10g ginger
- 18ml oyster sauce
- 20ml sesame oil
Cooking in a frying pan
- 1 Place the swordfish on a heat-resistant plate, top with thinly sliced white onions and ginger, and pour over the oyster sauce.
- 2. Lightly cover with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 4-5 minutes, then serve in a serving dish with the juice.
- 3 Heat sesame oil in a frying pan or pot to about 200°C (until it starts to smoke) and pour over (2).
POINTApplication tips
- 1The sesame oil you add at the end will become oily if it is not heated to the right temperature. Heat it until it starts to smoke.
