Deep-fried hairtail fish
Ingredients (for 1 person)
- Plus swordfish fillet 60g 1 piece
- 15g of sake
- 15g soy sauce
- A little grated ginger
- Potato starch (as needed)
- salad oil (frying oil) appropriate amount
Cooking in a frying pan
- 1 Mix sake, soy sauce, and grated ginger.
- 2. Mix (1) with the frozen swordfish and sprinkle with potato starch.
