Ingredients (for 1 person)
- Plus sea bass fillet (bone removed) 60g 1 piece
- a little salt and pepper
- Appropriate amount of flour

- 10g onion
- 5g purple onion
- <Seasonings>
- 2 teaspoons of vinegar (10g)
- 1 teaspoon of salad oil (4g)
- 1/8 teaspoon of sugar (0.4g)

Cooking in a frying pan
- 1Sprinkle salt and pepper on the frozen sea bass and coat it in flour.
- 2. Add a generous amount of salad oil to a frying pan and heat over medium heat. Add [1] skin-side down and once browned, flip over, reduce heat to low and fry for 5-6 minutes until cooked through.
- 3. Thinly slice the onion and purple onion along the grain. (For those who have difficulty swallowing, finely chop them.)
- 4. Add the seasonings and [3] to a bowl and mix well.
- 5 Place [2] in a bowl and pour the sauce [4] over it.
Steam convection cooking
- 1Sprinkle salt and pepper on the frozen sea bass and coat it in flour.
- 2. Place [1] in a hotel pan and spray with spray oil.
- 3. Heat in a preheated steam convection oven (combination mode) at 230°C with 30% steam for 10 minutes.
