Bacon-wrapped cod meunière
Ingredients (for 1 person)
- Plus Sukemune cod (bone removed) 60g 1 piece
- 0.3g pepper
- 10g bacon
- 3g butter
- [Side dish]
- coleslaw salad
- parsley
- lemon
Steam convection cooking
- 1Sprinkle pepper on the frozen Sukemune cod and coat it completely in melted butter.
- 2 Wrap bacon around (1) and place on a steam convection oven tray.
- 3 After heating in a preheated steam convection oven, drizzle melted butter over the top.
- 4. Top with lemon and garnish with coleslaw and parsley.
POINTApplication tips
- 1. Cook the bacon seam-side down so it won't come off. If you're worried, use a toothpick to hold it in place.
