Ingredients (for 1 person)

  • Plus Sukemune Cod 40g 1 slice
  • 0.2g salt
  • 2g (2/3 teaspoon) potato starch
  • 0.5g spray oil (salad oil)
  • <A>
  • 5g miso (just under 1 teaspoon)
  • 3g sugar (1 teaspoon)
  • 2g mirin (1/3 teaspoon)
  • 2g sake (just under 1/2 teaspoon)

  • A little green onion (finely chopped)

Cooking in a frying pan

  • 1. Mix <A> in a pot, dissolve the sugar over medium heat, and turn off the heat when it boils.
  • 2.Sprinkle salt on the frozen cod and coat it with potato starch.
  • 3. Add salad oil to a frying pan and arrange [②] (using a little more oil will give a nicer finish).
  • 4. Heat over medium heat, turning over halfway through and frying thoroughly on both sides.
  • 5. Place the cooked Sukemune cod (④) on a plate, pour over (①) and sprinkle with green onions.

Steam convection cooking

  • Mix 1 in a pot, dissolve the sugar over medium heat, and turn off the heat when it boils.
  • 2.Sprinkle salt on the frozen cod and coat it with potato starch.
  • 3. Place a baking sheet in a hotel pan, arrange [②], and drizzle with spray oil (salad oil).
  • 4. Preheat the oven to 230°C/30% steam mode for 8 minutes.
  • 5. Place the cooked Sukemune cod (④) on a plate, pour over (①) and sprinkle with green onions.
