Deep fried sole with mustard greens sauce
Ingredients (for 1 person)
- Plus sole (bone removed) 60g 1 piece
- Appropriate amount of flour
- salad oil (appropriate amount)
- 10g pickled mustard greens
- 5g green onion
- 8g yellow pepper
- <Seasoning A>
- 3g soy sauce (1/2 teaspoon)
- 5g vinegar (1 teaspoon)
- 6g mirin (1 teaspoon)
- 2g (1/2 teaspoon) sesame oil
- A little chili threads (sliced)

Cooking in a frying pan
- 1. While still frozen, coat the sole in flour and fry at 170°C.
- 2. Roughly chop the pickled mustard greens, green onions, and yellow peppers.
- 3. Add "2" and <Seasoning A> to a bowl and mix.
- 4 Place the fried sole in a bowl and pour "3" over it.
