Silver miso grilled dish
Ingredients (for 1 person)
- Plus Silver 60g
- <A>
- 5g green onion
- 4g sweet and sour pickled ginger
- 5g miso
- 3g mirin
- 1g sugar
- <Side dish>
- Cabbage, grated kelp
Cooking in a frying pan
- 1 Finely chop the pickled green onions and ginger.
- 2 Bake the silver for about 7 minutes.
- 3. Apply A onto the silver and bake until the surface is dry.
- 4 *Sweet and sour pickled ginger adds an accent to this dish, but if you don't have any, you can still enjoy this dish without it.
- 5. *Miso burns easily, so keep an eye on it while cooking.
Steam convection cooking
- 1 Finely chop the pickled green onions and ginger.
- 2. Arrange the silver pieces and spread well-mixed A on top.
- 3. Bake in a preheated steam convection oven at 220-230°C with 30% steam for 8-9 minutes, checking carefully.
