Teriyaki sole
Ingredients (for 1 person)
- Plus sole (bone removed) 60g 1 piece
- Appropriate amount of flour
- 1 teaspoon salad oil
- 50ml water
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons mirin
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar

- Komatsuna and carrot salad
Cooking in a frying pan
- 1 Coat the sole with flour.
- 2. Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and fry "1" on both sides.
- 3 Add water to "2" and simmer for 3 to 4 minutes until the liquid has evaporated.
Steam convection cooking
- 1 Place the frozen fillets in a bowl and sprinkle flour all over.
- 2 Place the fish from step 1 in a hotel pan and spray the entire surface of the fish with spray oil.
- 3. Heat the preheated steamer in combination mode at 230°C with 30% steam for 8 to 10 minutes.
- 4. Put the seasoning liquid in a pot and bring to a boil. Once the sugar has dissolved, dip it in "4" and serve in a serving dish.
