[February's event food] Grilled sole with soybean miso sauce
Ingredients (for 1 person)
- Plus sole (bone removed) 60g 1 piece
- 10g boiled soybeans
- Yuzu peel (shredded) as needed
- <Seasonings>
- 2 teaspoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon yogurt
- * 1/2 teaspoon miso
- Sugar 0.5g

Cooking in a frying pan
- 1. Put the boiled soybeans and seasonings in a bowl and mix well.
- 2 Grill the sole until golden brown on both sides.
