Flounder with onion sauce
Ingredients (for 1 person)
- Plus flounder fillet 60g
- Appropriate amount of flour
- Frying oil (appropriate amount)
- 12g onion
- 4g salad oil (1/2 teaspoon)
- <Seasoning liquid A>
- 9g soy sauce (1/2 tablespoon)
- 4.5g mirin (1/2 tablespoon)
- 2g butter
- 1g sugar
- 1g vinegar
- 1 tablespoon water
- <Seasoning B>
- 1g potato starch
- 1g of water
Cooking in a frying pan
- 1 Coat the frozen flounder in flour and fry.
- 2 Finely chop the onion.
- 3 Add salad oil to a frying pan and fry (2) until translucent, then add <Seasoning A> and mix well.
- 4. Add seasoning B to [3] and dissolve to thicken.
- 5 Place the flounder from [1] in a bowl and pour [4] over it.
