Ingredients (for 1 person)

  • Plus mahi-mahi fillet 60g 1 piece
  • 5g potato starch
  • 7ml salad oil
  • 20g paprika
  • 10g green peppers
  • 30g onion
  • 30ml chili sauce
  • [Side dish]
  • White leek

Cooking in a frying pan

  • 1. Coat the frozen mahi-mahi with potato starch.
  • 2. Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add (1) and cook for about 5 minutes. Add the onion, paprika and green pepper and cook for another 3 minutes.
  • 3 Add the chili sauce and simmer for about 2 minutes.
  • 4. Top with shredded green onions.

  • 1 In addition to bell peppers, eggplant and shiitake mushrooms also go well with this dish.
