Dolphin fish in chili sauce
Ingredients (for 1 person)
- Plus mahi-mahi fillet 60g 1 piece
- 5g potato starch
- 7ml salad oil
- 20g paprika
- 10g green peppers
- 30g onion
- 30ml chili sauce
- [Side dish]
- White leek
Cooking in a frying pan
- 1. Coat the frozen mahi-mahi with potato starch.
- 2. Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add (1) and cook for about 5 minutes. Add the onion, paprika and green pepper and cook for another 3 minutes.
- 3 Add the chili sauce and simmer for about 2 minutes.
- 4. Top with shredded green onions.

- 1 In addition to bell peppers, eggplant and shiitake mushrooms also go well with this dish.
