Grilled mahi-mahi with green onions and salt
Ingredients (for 1 person)
- Plus mahi-mahi fillet 60g 1 piece
- Salty Yakiniku Sauce (for marinating) 17ml
- 1 slice of lemon
- 3g green onions
- Salty Yakiniku Sauce (for finishing) 17ml
- [Side dish]
- Mashed potatoes
- Rosemary (herb)
Steam convection cooking
- 1. Coat the frozen mahi-mahi with the yakiniku sauce (for marinating) and arrange them on a steam convection oven tray. Spread any remaining sauce over the arranged mahi-mahi.
- 2 Heat in a preheated steam convection oven.
- 3 Pour the yakiniku sauce (for finishing) over the grilled mahi-mahi, sprinkle with finely chopped green onions, and top with sliced lemon.
- 4 Serve with mashed potatoes and herbs.

- 1It also goes well with soy sauce-based yakiniku sauce.
