Steamed mahi-mahi with oysters
Ingredients (for 1 person)
- Plus mahi-mahi fillet 60g 1 piece
- 20g oyster sauce
- 10g Twice Cooked Pork Sauce
- 20g white leek
- 20g carrots
- 12g shiitake mushrooms
- [Side dish]
- White leek
- green onions
Steam convection cooking
- Mix the sauce from the pot meat with the oyster sauce and coat the frozen mahi-mahi with it.
- 2. Place the white onions, carrots, and shiitake mushrooms (stalks removed) cut into bite-sized pieces in a hotel pan in a steam convection oven.
- 3. Arrange the mahi-mahi from (1) on top of (2). Pour any remaining sauce evenly over the arranged mahi-mahi and cover.
- 4 Heat in a preheated steam convection oven.
POINTApplication tips
- 1 Leafy vegetables such as cabbage and Chinese cabbage are also delicious on their own.
