Braised mahi-mahi with grated wasabi
Ingredients (for 1 person)
- Plus mahi-mahi fillet 60g 1 piece
- 7g potato starch
- 6g salad oil
- 100ml noodle soup
- 45g grated daikon radish
- 5g wasabi
- 150ml water
- [Side dish]
- green onions
Cooking in a frying pan
- 1. Coat the frozen mahi-mahi with potato starch and fry in hot salad oil.
- 2. Bring the mentsuyu and water to a boil and add (1) while it is still hot.
- 3 Add grated daikon radish to (2) and simmer over low heat for about 3 minutes.
- 4. Top with wasabi and green onions.
POINTApplication tips
- 1 It's also delicious to use ginger instead of wasabi.
