Dolphinfish Meunière
Ingredients (for 1 person)
- Plus mahi-mahi fillet 60g 1 piece
- 0.5g pepper
- 8g flour
- 3ml sliced garlic
- 5g butter
- [Side dish]
- tartar sauce
- broccoli
- cherry tomatoes
- Mixed Leaf
Steam convection cooking
- 1Sprinkle pepper on the frozen mahi-mahi and coat with flour.
- 2 Mix the garlic and melted butter, coat the mahi-mahi evenly all over (1), and heat in a steam convection oven.
- 3 Serve with tartar sauce, boiled broccoli, tomatoes and mixed leaves.

- 1 It's also delicious if you use olive oil instead of butter.
