Dolphin fish fritters
Ingredients (for 1 person)
- Plus mahi-mahi fillet 60g 1 piece
- a little salt and pepper
- 2 teaspoons of flour (6g)
- 0.5g potato starch
- 8ml of carbonated water
- Frying oil (appropriate amount)
- ketchup to taste

- Deep fried green peppers

Cooking in a frying pan
- 1. Season the mahi-mahi with salt and pepper.
- 2. Mix flour, potato starch, and carbonated water in a bowl to make the batter.
- 3 Coat ① with the batter from ② and fry in oil.
- 4 Place in bowls and drizzle with ketchup.
