Dolphinfish with mushroom cream sauce
Ingredients (for 1 person)
- Plus mahi-mahi fillet 60g 1 piece
- 5g garlic
- 7ml salad oil
- 20g white wine
- 10g frozen mushroom mix
- 30g white sauce
- 30ml soy sauce
- 10ml water
- 3g consommé
- [Side dish]
- broccoli
- Carrots
- potatoes
Steam convection cooking
- 1. Coat frozen mahi-mahi with a mixture of garlic and salad oil and heat in a steam convection oven.
- 2. Put water, consommé, soy sauce, white wine, and frozen mushroom mix in a pot and bring to a boil.
- 3 Add white sauce to (2) and dissolve, then pour over the plated (1).
- 4. Serve with boiled broccoli, carrots and potatoes.

- 1. It is also delicious served with pasta.
