  • 1g salt
  • 0.3g pepper
  • 20ml beer
  • 25g flour
  • 1g baking powder
  • 6ml salad oil (frying oil)

  • Frozen cut potatoes
  • cherry tomatoes
  • watercress
  • mayonnaise

Cooking in a frying pan

  • 1Sprinkle salt and pepper on the frozen mahi-mahi.
  • 2. Dissolve the beer, flour, and baking powder, mix well, and swirl in (1).
  • 3 Fry in hot salad oil.
  • 4. Fry the frozen cut potatoes. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
  • 5. Arrange the fried mahi-mahi on a plate and garnish with cherry tomatoes, watercress, mayonnaise, and cut potatoes.

  • 1 Serve with lemon or ketchup.
