- Plus mahi-mahi fillet 60g 1 piece
- 1g salt
- 0.3g pepper
- 20ml beer
- 25g flour
- 1g baking powder
- 6ml salad oil (frying oil)

Cooking in a frying pan
- 1Sprinkle salt and pepper on the frozen mahi-mahi.
- 2. Dissolve the beer, flour, and baking powder, mix well, and swirl in (1).
- 3 Fry in hot salad oil.
- 4. Fry the frozen cut potatoes. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
- 5. Arrange the fried mahi-mahi on a plate and garnish with cherry tomatoes, watercress, mayonnaise, and cut potatoes.
