Ingredients (for 1 person)

  • Plus mahi-mahi fillet 60g 1 piece
  • 30g bean sprouts
  • 10g carrots
  • 1 snow pea
  • 3g ginger
  • 50ml noodle soup
  • 8g potato starch
  • 100ml water

Steam convection cooking

  • 1 Heat the frozen mahi-mahi in a preheated steam convection oven.
  • 2. Add the mentsuyu and water and bring to a boil, then add the bean sprouts, shredded carrots, and chopped ginger.
  • 3 Add water-dissolved potato starch to (2) to thicken, then add snow peas and simmer.
  • 4 Place (1) on a plate and pour (3) over it.

  • 1. It is also delicious to use Chinese soup stock and sesame oil instead of noodle soup.
