Dolphinfish with Vegetable Sauce
Ingredients (for 1 person)
- Plus mahi-mahi fillet 60g 1 piece
- 30g bean sprouts
- 10g carrots
- 1 snow pea
- 3g ginger
- 50ml noodle soup
- 8g potato starch
- 100ml water
Steam convection cooking
- 1 Heat the frozen mahi-mahi in a preheated steam convection oven.
- 2. Add the mentsuyu and water and bring to a boil, then add the bean sprouts, shredded carrots, and chopped ginger.
- 3 Add water-dissolved potato starch to (2) to thicken, then add snow peas and simmer.
- 4 Place (1) on a plate and pour (3) over it.
POINTApplication tips
- 1. It is also delicious to use Chinese soup stock and sesame oil instead of noodle soup.
