Deep-fried mahi-mahi in curry
Ingredients (for 1 person)
- Plus mahi-mahi fillet 60g 1 piece
- 30g curry sauce
- 3g flour
- 6ml salad oil
- [Side dish]
- lettuce
- cucumber
- tomato
- lemon
Cooking in a frying pan
- 1. Spread curry sauce on the frozen mahi-mahi and coat with flour.
- 2 Fry in hot salad oil.
- 3 Add lettuce, cucumber, tomato and lemon.
