Sautéed Spanish mackerel in tomato sauce
Ingredients (for 1 person)
- Plus Sawara (bone removed) 30g
- a little salt
- 1.5g wheat flour
- salad oil (spray oil) as needed
- 25g potatoes, cut into 2cm cubes
- 20g onion, cut into 2cm cubes
- 15g carrots/sliced into chrysanthemum shapes
- <A>
- 25 canned tomatoes
- Water: 20ml
- 4g ketchup
- 2g sugar
- 1.5g soy sauce
Cooking in a frying pan
- 1. Cut the vegetables.
- 2. Sprinkle salt on the mackerel and coat it in flour.
- 3. Add about 1cm of salad oil to a frying pan and fry ① over medium heat.
- 4. Put A and the vegetables from ① into a pot and boil.
- 5 Once the vegetables are cooked, add ③ and simmer until the liquid is reduced.
Steam convection cooking
- 1. Cut the vegetables.
- 2Sprinkle salt on the mackerel and coat with flour, then arrange in a hotel pan and drizzle with spray oil (or salad oil).
- 3 Heat in a preheated steamer on combination mode at 230°C with 30% steam for 8 to 10 minutes.
- 4. Put vegetables A and B into a pot and boil.
- 5 Once the vegetables are cooked, add ③ and simmer until the liquid is reduced.
