Ingredients (for 1 person)

  • Plus Sawara (bone removed) 60g 1 piece

  • Appropriate amount of flour

  • 6g red pepper
  • 5g green peppers
  • 3g yellow pepper
  • <Seasoning A>
  • 5g soy sauce (just under 1 teaspoon)
  • 5g vinegar (1 teaspoon)
  • 3g sugar (1 teaspoon)
  • 0.3g salt
  • 10ml water
  • Snap peas as a garnish

Cooking in a frying pan

  • 1. Roughly chop the onion, green pepper, red pepper and yellow pepper.
  • 2. Mix seasoning A in a bowl, then add [1] and mix.
  • 3Sprinkle salt and pepper on the frozen mackerel, coat with flour and fry in oil.

Steam convection cooking
