Ingredients (for 1 person)

  • Plus Pacific saury (bone removed) 60g/1 fish
  • 2g grated ginger
  • 18ml soy sauce
  • 18ml of sake
  • Potato starch (as needed)
  • salad oil (frying oil) appropriate amount
  • 30g grated daikon radish
  • 18ml ponzu sauce
  • [Side dish]
  • green onions

Cooking in a frying pan

  • 1 Mix grated ginger, soy sauce, and sake.
  • 2. Coat the frozen saury with (1) and sprinkle with potato starch.
  • 3 Fry in hot salad oil.
  • Arrange on 4 plates, add grated daikon radish and ponzu sauce, and sprinkle with green onions.

POINTApplication tips

  • 1. You can also wrap saury in shiso leaves and fry it to change the flavor.
