Korean-style baked pink salmon

Cooking in a frying pan

- 2. Mix the frozen pink salmon with seasoning A.
- 3. Grill the pink salmon on a fish grill for 7 to 8 minutes, brushing it with the remaining sauce halfway through, checking it carefully.

Steam convection cooking
- 1 Mix the seasonings in A.
- 2. Mix the frozen pink salmon with seasoning A.
- 3. Arrange the pink salmon from step 2 in a hotel pan and spread with the remaining sauce.
- 4 Bake in a preheated steam convection oven at 220-230°C with 30% steam for 8-9 minutes, checking carefully.
