Salt-grilled salmon with grated green onion

This classic grilled salted salmon is served with a slightly modified version of grated daikon radish for a refreshing taste.

Ingredients (for 1 person)

  • Plus salmon 40g 1 slice
  • a little salt
  • 20g daikon radish
  • Green onions (as needed)

Cooking in a frying pan

  • 1.Sprinkle salt on the frozen salmon.
  • 2 Grate the daikon radish and finely chop the green onions.
  • 3. Squeeze the water out of the daikon radish (②) and mix with the green onions.
  • 4. Place aluminum foil in a frying pan and arrange [1] on it.
  • 5. Cover and heat over medium heat.
  • 6. Heat for about 4 minutes, then turn the salmon over and cook both sides. *You can also cook it on a grill.
  • 7. Place the cooked salmon (⑥) on a plate and garnish with [③].

Steam convection cooking

  • 1.Sprinkle salt on the frozen salmon.
  • 2 Grate the daikon radish and finely chop the green onions.
  • 3. Squeeze the water out of the daikon radish (②) and mix with the green onions.
  • 4. Place a baking sheet in a hotel pan and arrange [1].
  • 5. Preheat the oven to 230°C/30% steam mode for 8 minutes.
  • 6. Place the cooked salmon (⑤) on a plate and garnish with [③].
  • * Preheat the steamer to a temperature 20 to 30°C higher.
