Salmon pizza toast that you can eat with your hands
Ingredients (for 1 person)
- Plus salmon fillet 40g 1/2 cut (20g)
- a little salt
- 5g green pepper (2 pieces, 2cm cubes)
- 2g onion (1 piece, 2cm cube)
- 1g butter
- 1 slice of bread (crustless) (8 slices)
- 2 teaspoons ketchup
- 15g pizza cheese (1 1/2 tablespoons)
How to make it
- 1 Grill the salmon.
- 2 Once [1] has cooled down, break it up and sprinkle with salt.
- 3 Finely chop the peppers and onions and fry in butter.
- 4. Cut the bread into 4 equal pieces, spread ketchup on each slice, top with [3], and sprinkle with cheese.
- 5 Bake in a toaster oven.
