Grilled salmon with miso mayonnaise
Ingredients (for 1 person)
- Plus salmon fillet 60g 1 piece
- 5g miso
- 5g mayonnaise
- [Side dish]
- broccoli
- Carrots
Cooking in a steam convection oven
- 1 Mix miso and baking mayonnaise well.
- 2. Place the frozen salmon on a steam convection oven tray and spread (1) on the surface.
- 3 Heat in a preheated steam convection oven at 220°C with 30% steam for 8 to 9 minutes.
- 4 Add boiled broccoli and carrots.
POINTApplication tips
- 1. When mixing miso with mayonnaise, white miso or country miso goes better than red miso.
