Salmon with yam miso
Ingredients (for 1 person)
- Grilled salmon, flaked 30g
- 50g frozen yam
- Mentsuyu (2x diluted) 5ml
- 6g miso
- 0.3g green laver
- [Side dish]
- white rice
Cooking in a frying pan
- 1 Mix thawed yam with noodle soup and miso.
- 2 Place the shredded grilled salmon on top of (1).
- 3Sprinkle with green laver.
- 4 *This cooking method applies when the fish has been thawed to a core temperature of 0-5°C.
POINTApplication tips
- 1. The shredded grilled salmon is salty, so use less or more mentsuyu. You can also mix everything together and serve with a quail's egg.
