Flaked grilled salmon meat is mixed with dried daikon radish and onions and served with a slightly spicy, sweet and sour Thai-style sauce.

Ingredients (for 1 person)

  • Grilled salmon, flaked 50g
  • 10g lettuce
  • 20g onion
  • 1 cherry tomato
  • 2 green beans
  • 20g dried strips of daikon radish
  • 20ml sweet chili sauce
  • 5ml fish sauce

Cooking in a frying pan

  • 1. Wash the lettuce and tear it into bite-sized pieces. Slice the onion and soak in water.
  • 2. Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them into quarters. Boil the green beans in boiling water for about 1 minute and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
  • 3. Soak the dried daikon radish in water for about 15 minutes, then dip in boiling water, drain in a colander to cool, and squeeze out the water.
  • 4 Mix the drained onions and green beans (3) with the sweet chili sauce and fish sauce, and top with the shredded grilled salmon.
  • 5 Garnish with cherry tomatoes and lettuce.
  • 6 *This cooking method applies when the fish has been thawed to a core temperature of 0-5°C.

POINTApplication tips

  • If you soak a slice of dried daikon radish in water for too long, it will lose its crispness. In addition to sweet chili sauce and fish sauce, it also tastes delicious with Japanese-style dressing.
