Salmon Chanchanyaki
Ingredients (for 1 person)
- Plus salmon fillet 60g 1 piece
- 30g cabbage
- 15g onion
- 10g carrots
- 10g shimeji mushrooms
- <Seasoning liquid A>
- 8g miso
- 6g mirin
- 6g melted butter
Cooking in a steam convection oven
- 1. Cut the cabbage into 5cm wide pieces, the carrot into strips, the onion into 1cm wide pieces, and the stems of the shimeji mushrooms.
- 2. Place the vegetables from step 1 in a hotel pan for a steam convection oven and arrange the frozen salmon on top.
- 3. Pour the well-mixed A evenly over "2", then pour the melted butter over it in the same way.
- 4. Cover and heat in a steam convection oven at 160°C with 90-100% steam for 15 minutes in combination mode.
