Ingredients (for 1 person)

  • Plus mackerel fillet 60g 1 piece
  • 5g sugar
  • 40ml ponzu sauce
  • 30g onion
  • 6g red pepper
  • 10g green peppers

Cooking in a steam convection oven

  • 1 Heat the frozen mackerel in a preheated steam convection oven.
  • 2. Slice the onion and finely chop the red and green peppers, removing the seeds.
  • 3 Mix the ponzu sauce and sugar well and add (2).
  • 4. While (1) is still hot, soak it in (3) for at least 30 minutes.

  • 1. If you like, you can add chili pepper or yuzu peel to add a nice accent.
