Mackerel in tomato sauce | Boneless

メニューコンセプト
This recipe uses the Pakupaku Bone-Tori series. Mackerel pairs well with the slightly sweet and sour tomato sauce containing summer vegetables. It's easy to eat and children will love it too.

Ingredients (for 1 person)
- Plus Mini Boneless Mackerel Fillet (30g) 1 piece
- 1.5g (1/2 teaspoon) flour
- Frying oil (appropriate amount)
- 30g tomatoes
- 10g onion
- 5g eggplant
- 1/2 green beans
- <Seasoning liquid>
- 3g ketchup
- 0.5g salt
- 50ml water
Cooking in a frying pan
- 1. Cut the tomato, onion, and eggplant into 1cm cubes.
- 2. Boil the green beans until they are well-colored, then place them in cold water, drain and cut into 2cm lengths.
- 3 Coat the mackerel in flour, add a little more oil to a frying pan, and fry thoroughly on both sides.
- 4. Add salad oil to another frying pan and fry [1] until soft.
- 5 Add ketchup to [4] and simmer over medium heat. Once the ketchup is well-distributed, add salt to taste.
- 6 Place [3] in a bowl and pour [5] over it.
Steam convection cooking
- 1. Cut the tomato, onion, and eggplant into 1cm cubes.
- 2. Boil the green beans until they are well-colored, then place them in cold water, drain and cut into 2cm lengths.
- 3. Sprinkle wheat on the mackerel, place it in a hotel pan and drizzle oil on the surface (spray oil can be used).
- 4 Heat in a preheated steamer on combi mode at 230°C with 30% steam for 7 to 8 minutes.
- 5. Add salad oil to a frying pan and fry [1] until soft.
- 6 Add ketchup to [5] and simmer over medium heat. Once the ketchup is well mixed, add salt to taste.
- 7 Place [4] in a bowl and pour [6] over it.
- * Preheat the steamer to a temperature 20 to 30°C higher.
- * The temperature and cooking time vary depending on the model, so please check the core temperature before cooking.
*The cooking instructions listed are approximate temperatures and times. Heating conditions vary depending on the grilling machine you use, so please be aware that even with the cooking method described, the food may burn or not be cooked through completely. Also, when cooking large quantities, the thickness of the fish, and the type of fish will affect the finished product, so please adjust the heating time and temperature when cooking.
