Mackerel sandwich
Ingredients (for 1 person)
- Plus mackerel fillet 60g 1 piece
- 50g French bread
- 0.4g salt
- 7ml olive oil
- 5g lettuce
- 5g onion
- 12g tomatoes
- 10g lemon
Cooking in a steam convection oven
- 1 Place the frozen mackerel on a steam convection oven tray, coat the surface with olive oil, heat, and sprinkle with salt.
- 2. Tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces with your hands, and slice the onion and tomato.
- 3. Make a slit in the French bread, sandwich (2) and (1) between them, and drizzle with lemon juice.
