Grilled mackerel
Ingredients (for 1 person)
- Plus mackerel fillet 60g 1 piece
- 20ml teriyaki sauce
- 1g grated ginger
- A little white sesame
- 5g flour
- 5ml salad oil
- [Side dish]
- Japanese pepper
Cooking in a frying pan
- 1 Coat frozen mackerel in flour and fry in hot oil.
- 2. Boil the teriyaki sauce and grated ginger and mix with (1).
- 3 Place in bowls, sprinkle with white sesame seeds and top with Japanese pepper.
POINTApplication tips
- 1. Thoroughly wiping off any excess water before cooking will help reduce the fishy smell and oil splatter.
