Ingredients (for 1 person)
- Plus European horse mackerel fillet 60g 1 piece
- 0.3g salt

- 6g eggs
- 6g flour
- 10g water
- 5g dried breadcrumbs
- 1g sliced almonds
- Frying oil (appropriate amount)
- 6g medium-thick sauce
Cooking in a frying pan
