Ingredients (for 1 person)

  • Plus European horse mackerel fillet 60g 1 piece
  • Appropriate amount of flour
  • Frying oil (appropriate amount)
  • Gochujang 3.5g (1/2 teaspoon)
  • 3g miso (1/2 teaspoon)
  • 1.5g sugar (1/2 teaspoon)
  • 2g (1/2 teaspoon) sesame oil
  • 5ml water (1 teaspoon)
  • <Side dish>
  • Bean sprouts and chive namul

Cooking in a frying pan

  • Mix in 1 bowl.
  • 2Sprinkle salt and pepper on the horse mackerel, coat in flour and fry slowly in 170°C oil until cooked through.
