European horse mackerel with Korean miso sauce
Ingredients (for 1 person)
- Plus European horse mackerel fillet 60g 1 piece
- Appropriate amount of flour
- Frying oil (appropriate amount)
- Gochujang 3.5g (1/2 teaspoon)
- 3g miso (1/2 teaspoon)
- 1.5g sugar (1/2 teaspoon)
- 2g (1/2 teaspoon) sesame oil
- 5ml water (1 teaspoon)

- Bean sprouts and chive namul
Cooking in a frying pan
- Mix in 1 bowl.
- 2Sprinkle salt and pepper on the horse mackerel, coat in flour and fry slowly in 170°C oil until cooked through.
- 3 Place “2” in a bowl and pour “1” over it.
