Fried Horse Mackerel for Kids | Boneless

Ingredients (for 1 person)

  • Plus Mini Boneless Horse Mackerel Fillet (30g) 1 piece
  • a little salt
  • 3g flour
  • 5g egg
  • 5g breadcrumbs
  • salad oil (appropriate amount)

  • Cucumber, red and yellow peppers (cut into sticks and boil briefly)

Cooking in a frying pan

  • 1 Cut the horse mackerel in half, sprinkle with salt and leave for about 10 minutes.
  • 2 Drain on paper towels and coat with flour.
  • 3 Dip [2] in beaten egg and coat with breadcrumbs.
  • 4. Add a generous amount of salad oil to a frying pan and heat over medium heat. Add [3] and fry.

Steam convection cooking

  • 2. Sprinkle salt on the horse mackerel and coat it in flour, beaten egg, and then the colored breadcrumbs (1) in that order.
  • 3. Place the ingredients in a hotel pan (2) without overlapping, and drizzle oil on the surface (spray oil can be used).
  • 4 Heat in a preheated steamer on combination mode at 230°C with 30% steam for about 10 minutes.
  • * Preheat the steamer to a temperature 20 to 30°C higher.
  • * The temperature and cooking time vary depending on the model, so please check the core temperature before cooking.
